TCS Employer Portal – registration now open!

Registration is now open for the new TCS Employer Portal.

What you need to do now:

• Register your organisation on the Portal
• Set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Update your Mandatory Contacts to enable access for your wider team.

Thank you to the 2,500 plus employer Primary Contacts who have already registered for the new Employer Portal. TCS appreciate the time you’ve taken to register and get ready for the transition later this year.

If you’ve registered and set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), but haven’t yet updated your Mandatory Contacts, please log in and review/update these. This will allow your contacts to set up their Portal access as well. You can find out more information about this on page 15 of their Registration Guide (PDF, 1 MB).

If you’re having trouble with the registration process or haven’t yet received a registration invite, please contact TCS at employerquery@teacherscorp.com.

Payroll Providers

Once the establishments you work with are registered, the payroll provider Primary Contact will receive log in details. Please note that you’ll need to wait for each establishment to register before you can see them on the Portal. 

If you are unable to find an establishment, please contact them directly to check they are registered before contacting TCS. 

Establishments

Please note that a payroll provider should not be used as a Primary Contact for your establishment. This should be a contact that is employed by you and not a third party. If you believe that a payroll provider is down as your main contact, please get in touch with TCS at employerquery@teacherscorp.com. 

Training sessions

Please keep an eye out, as over the next few weeks TCS will be announcing their training schedule for the new Employer Portal.These sessions will cover key activities available within the Portal, including data submissions and member requests. If you’re unable to attend the training, TCS will be providing supporting guidance and materials for you to use.
