Employer Portal communications

You’ll be receiving communications from both ourselves and TCS regarding the Employer Portal.

We’ll be advising you about the changes to Multi Factor Authentication and any actions you need to take. Messages will come from noreply@mail.teacherspensions.co.uk. Any queries should be sent to our Employer Support Team email.

TCS will be contacting you regarding registering for their new Employer Portal, which will be introduced when we transition in late 2026.  This will also require you to set up MFA for their system.  Messages will come from info@teacherscorp.co.uk and any queries should be sent to employerquery@teacherscorp.com.
