Contributions Monthly Breakdown forms

We’ve received queries relating to the Contributions Monthly Breakdown forms in the Employer Portal and which form to use for 2026 contributions. 

We’ve renamed the titles of the forms to make it clearer.

• Current Contributions Monthly Breakdown form (for member contributions covering April 2025 – present day)
• Historic Contributions Monthly Breakdown form (for contributions using the old contribution tiers pre-April 2025)

If when opening the current Contributions Monthly Breakdown form, you’re finding you can’t select 2026 as an option from the drop-down menu, please contact us and we’ll talk you through what you need to do.
