Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) factsheet

We previously explained that there had been some changes made to TLR payments in the School teachers’ pay and conditions document 2025. 

We’ve created a factsheet to share examples of how these TLR payments should be recorded on your MDC and MCR submissions going forward. 

The factsheet covers full-time and part-time employers, providing examples and how to record salary information for both.
