Phishing emails and pension scams

We’ve been made aware of a phishing email being sent to members which has our branding on it. The email contains a link to update their details.

Please advise your staff that if they receive such an email to delete it and not click the link as it’s a scam.

Please reassure members that we wouldn’t ask them to update their details via an email link. We always encourage them to log in to their My Pension Online account to update their details.

If any of your staff are worried they may been impacted by a pension scam, please refer them to the information on the Pensions Regulators website.
