Update contact details

Having accurate contact details for your establishment ensures you receive important updates, including our monthly employer bulletin, key Scheme changes, and helpful resources.
You can review and update your details via the Employer Portal using our quick online form.

Contacts are split into two types:
• Mandatory contacts – essential for Scheme administration, such as your Primary contact, End of Year Certificate contact, and Monthly Contributions contact. These must be completed.
• Optional contacts – help us direct queries more effectively, e.g. Head Teacher, Governor, Payroll Provider, and others.
