Throughout 2026, we’ll be offering a range of employer webinar training, designed to help you manage and administer the Scheme with confidence.

MCR and MDC surgery: We’ve updated our MCR surgery to now include information regarding MDC. These joint sessions are your opportunity to pose your questions to our expert team about your monthly submission. From common issues to complex scenarios, we build bespoke responses and examples that we discuss on the day. Please note that any important questions that you wish to have answered should be submitted during the registration process.

Our next surgery is on Tuesday 27 January at 11am, if you’d like to join us please register on our booking page.

Employer drop-in: Our drop-in sessions are open to all employers and provide an excellent opportunity to hear the latest news and updates directly from us, network with other employers, and ask questions about the Scheme. The next workshop will cover how you can promote the benefits of the Scheme and My Pension Online to your members. If you have any questions that you’d like answering, please submit them in advance during the registration process. The next employer drop-in will be on the Tuesday 20 January at 11.00am if you’d like to register for the event.

Webinars: Our interactive webinars help you learn from the comfort of your desk. With sessions lasting 30-90 minutes depending on the topic, our updated webinars make learning clearer, and easier to follow. The new sessions launch this January so don’t miss your chance to stay ahead and register your interest today.
