MCR Surgery

If you’ve on-boarded to MCR, you’ll be glad to know we host monthly MCR Surgeries to answer any queries you may have on your submissions.

Topics we’ve covered in previous sessions include:

• Family leave and KIT days
• Backdated pay awards
• Strike days
• Mid-month changes
• Corrective activity
• When Earned calculations

When registering for the surgery, it’s important you share your questions with us as they help shape our sessions – think of it as a live Q&A!

The surgery will last a maximum of 90 minutes and there’ll be a limit of 40 per workshop to ensure we’re able to answer all questions.

Without your questions, we may have to cancel the planned surgery.
